Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is represented in all areas of human activity and is increasingly used in decision-making. Making quality decisions in the field of human resource allocation (HRA) has become imperative, creating the potential of using AI tools for decision-making in order to achieve the sustainability of the organization. The idea of the paper was to develop a model for HRA in a fuzzy environment. This paper presents a model for the analysis of the human resources portfolio (PHR) in the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces (MOiVS), which is based on a neuro-fuzzy approach. The aim of this paper is to present a new model that enables both managers in MOVS and managers in companies to gain insight into existing human resources and planning resources for training and improving the potential of employees. In the presented model, based on the preferences of experts, a database of rules was formed, which allows the allocation of faces according to strategies. Based on the data obtained by testing the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) model for HRA, a unique knowledge base has been formed that enables the allocation of employees according to strategies, i.e. officer personnel in MOiVS according to career type.
