Abstract
In the modern project environment, rapid technological advancement and global change bring not only new challenges, but also new opportunities for developing collective forms of management and decision-making. In this context, project leadership takes on a new dimension, in which the leader is no longer an authority based on hierarchical power, but becomes a facilitator of knowledge, learning and change. Collective intelligence, as a phenomenon based on joint contribution and exchange of knowledge among team members, becomes a key resource for the successful implementation of projects and the implementation of organizational changes. This paper explores how the concepts of project leadership and change management intertwine with the practice of collective intelligence, emphasizing the multidisciplinary nature of these processes and the need for a deeper understanding of team dynamics in digital and globalized contexts.
